Many students feel torn between missions and college. We want them to choose both.
Serving God does not have to mean going to Christian college and majoring in Theology. And having a secular major does not mean that you can’t serve God.
Moreover, many students are often deterred from pursuing a missions internship because of the financial expense during the internship and after they return to school. So, we seek to remove some of that burden.
The Missionary Scholarship is simple.
Students serve for one year as interns with an approved evangelical sending agency sharing the gospel and discipling believers. During that year of mission, we will match their raised support up to $10,000.
When they return to school, The Missionary Scholarship will give them up to $5000 per year toward educational expenses like tuition, room and board, and books for up to three years. During those three years, in order to retain the scholarship, students only have to remain involved in evangelistic and discipling activities with a nationally-recognized evangelical ministry at their campus and maintain a 3.25 GPA.
